Support and information

Clear answers before the next step.

Start with general information, then explore the practical questions attached to each Snowflow service.

General questions

A clear starting point.

The exact service structure, provider terms and availability are confirmed for each eligible client.

Which products are included in Snowflow's expanded range?+

Personal and business accounts, multi-currency IBANs, personal and business cards, international transfers, payment acceptance, FX and digital assets. Business operations also include payroll, payouts, invoicing, factoring and corporate treasury, with platform and integration access where available.
Explore the product range

What is the difference between a currency balance and a dedicated IBAN?+

A currency balance records money held in a supported currency. An IBAN or other dedicated account detail identifies a receiving destination. Holding a currency does not automatically mean every local account detail or payment network is available for that currency.
Explore accounts and IBANs

Who does Snowflow support?+

Snowflow supports eligible established businesses and internationally active private clients. Applicants complete identity and eligibility checks. Personal applications may require address and tax-residency information; businesses also provide registration, ownership and authorised-person details. Requirements depend on the service and jurisdiction.

Is Snowflow a bank or wealth manager?+

This website presents Snowflow financial services and does not claim that Snowflow is a bank, deposit-taking institution, investment adviser or wealth manager. The relevant service structure and provider terms should be reviewed before onboarding.

Who provides the underlying financial services?+

E-money, payment, card and cryptoasset services are delivered through strategic partners under the Snowflow brand. The provider, issuer or custody structure can vary by service and jurisdiction. Onboarding documents identify the relevant parties, responsibilities and terms before you agree to a service or transfer funds or assets.

What protections apply to an account, payment, card or crypto service?+

Protections depend on the exact service, provider and jurisdiction. Bank-deposit protection, safeguarding, chargeback rights, investor compensation and cryptoasset protections should not be assumed to apply in the same way to every service. The applicable protections and exclusions should be confirmed in the provider documents before proceeding.

What fees or charges may apply?+

Fees, exchange rates, spreads, hardware charges, limits and third-party costs can vary by service and transaction. Snowflow can explain the pricing information available for an eligible arrangement, and any transaction-specific rate or charge should be reviewed before confirmation.

Can services support more than one currency?+

Eligible clients can hold, manage, convert or transfer supported currencies depending on the account, jurisdiction and relevant service provider.

How does onboarding work?+

Snowflow reviews your requirements, explains the identity or company information needed and provides the relevant partner documents through the appropriate secure route. Approval comes before account activation and service configuration. An initial website enquiry is not an account application or approval.

Are services available in every country?+

No. Availability varies by client type, jurisdiction, provider, account and service. Snowflow can explain what is currently available for a specific requirement.

When can an approved account be activated?+

Timing depends on a complete application, the account arrangement and any verification or additional review. The team will explain the next steps and any outstanding information. Snowflow does not promise approval or activation within a fixed number of minutes.

Which traditional currencies can I discuss with the team?+

Snowflow's account range centres on EUR, GBP, USD and AED. A supported balance, dedicated receiving detail, card currency and transfer route are separate capabilities. Confirm each requirement for your country and account before sending money.
Review multi-currency accounts

How do I check an overseas payment destination?+

Give the team the destination country, currency, payment purpose and beneficiary type. The provider checks the supported route and restrictions. Availability is not universal, and an account in one currency does not guarantee a transfer to every destination.
Review international transfers

What affects a payment's arrival time?+

The route, destination, currency, cut-off time, intermediary processing and required checks can affect arrival. Review the estimate and charges for the specific instruction. Card authorisation, transfer processing and final settlement are different stages; instant arrival is not guaranteed.

How do I arrange a Snowflow-branded card?+

Tell us whether you need personal or business spending and physical or virtual formats. Personal physical and virtual cards are available to eligible clients. The account approval, issuer, available formats, delivery, charges and controls are confirmed for your programme.
Meet the Snowflow Card

How should I respond to a missing card or unfamiliar transaction?+

Freeze the card using the available control, then use the verified card-provider support route in your account or card documents. Review recent activity and report transactions you do not recognise promptly. Your programme explains replacement, dispute and any emergency-support arrangements. Never send a PIN or full card details through the public enquiry form.

Can I use supported digital assets and stablecoins?+

Eligible clients can discuss partner-delivered access to supported assets such as BTC, ETH, USDC and USDT. Asset, network, funding, transfer and custody availability must be confirmed for the arrangement. Cryptoassets can lose their entire value; stablecoins carry issuer, reserve, liquidity and de-pegging risks. No yield or capital guarantee is offered.
Review digital assets and their risks

Is this website a cryptocurrency trading exchange?+

No. This public website provides Snowflow product information and enquiry routes, not an exchange or order-entry service. Any eligible cryptoasset activity takes place through the separately supplied strategic-partner arrangement, with its provider, custody, execution and risk terms disclosed before use.

Where will I access my account on a computer or phone?+

Secure Snowflow-branded portal access and any supported mobile channels are supplied through onboarding. Device compatibility and features depend on your approved arrangement. Use only the verified secure account-access links provided for your service; the public website's enquiry form does not provide account access.
Review digital access and integrations

What brings the Snowflow product range together?+

A consistent Snowflow brand connects account information, supported currencies, cards, transfers and business payment tools. Snowflow coordinates the client experience while strategic partners deliver the underlying services. The precise combination is configured around the approved personal or business arrangement.

Where can I check the legal and regulatory position?+

Read Snowflow's regulatory and provider disclosure, then the service-specific documents supplied during onboarding. The Snowflow brand does not mean Snowflow itself is a bank, card issuer or cryptoasset custodian. Applicable provider identities, jurisdiction, responsibilities and protections are explained before agreement or transfer of money or assets.
Read the regulatory and provider disclosure

How should I share documents and protect account information?+

Use only the verified secure submission route supplied for onboarding. Do not put identity documents, passwords, PINs, security codes, wallet keys or recovery phrases into the public contact form. Snowflow's Privacy Notice describes its handling of enquiry information; the relevant provider documents explain the account platform's data and security arrangements.
Read the Privacy Notice

How can I raise a complaint or service concern?+

Start by emailing snowy@snowflow.co.uk with enough information to identify the issue. Snowflow handles concerns about its own communications and service coordination. Complaints about the underlying account, card, payment or cryptoasset service follow the strategic partner's procedure, with any applicable escalation rights explained in your service documents.
Read the complaints procedure →

What happens to information entered on the contact page?+

The contact form submits the details you provide to Snowflow's enquiries inbox so the team can review and respond. Share only what is needed for the initial conversation and never include passwords, PINs, full card or account details, security codes, identity documents, wallet keys or recovery phrases. Read the Privacy Notice and confirm an appropriate secure route before providing sensitive documents.

How do I start a conversation?+

Use the contact page to send an enquiry to snowy@snowflow.co.uk, or email that address directly. The team can discuss your requirements without making an approval, timing or availability promise.

07

Snowflow Card

View product
Is the card branded Snowflow?+

Yes. The physical and virtual card experience is offered under the Snowflow brand through our strategic-partner arrangement. Your card documents identify the issuer, contracting provider and programme terms before you agree to the service.

Which card arrangement should I choose?+

Personal cards are for eligible individual spending. Business cards are for authorised company purchases and team expenses. Each has its own account, eligibility and programme requirements; a business card should not be treated as a personal spending facility.

Are physical and virtual formats available?+

Snowflow-branded personal physical and virtual cards are available to eligible clients. Business formats, delivery locations, activation and replacement arrangements are confirmed for the approved programme.

What happens if a card goes missing?+

Use the card-freeze control immediately where it is available, then contact the card provider through the verified support route in your account or card documents. Review recent activity and report transactions you do not recognise. Replacement charges and dispute procedures depend on the programme.

Can I use the card abroad or at a cash machine?+

Supported countries, merchant types, currencies, ATM access and withdrawal limits depend on the card programme. Check the exchange terms and any cash-withdrawal or overseas charges before use.

This page presents spending linked to an eligible account arrangement. It does not offer a credit facility, overdraft, rewards rate or borrowing limit.

08

Terminals & POS

View product
Will the terminals and EPOS carry the Snowflow brand?+

Snowflow-branded terminal and EPOS options are part of our strategic-partner arrangement. The approved device models, software, support responsibilities and final branding are confirmed before you order or agree to the service.

What is the difference between a terminal and POS or EPOS?+

A payment terminal handles a supported payment transaction. A point-of-sale system manages the wider sale, which may include items, receipts or other business workflows. An electronic POS system can connect these functions digitally; the exact scope depends on the software and configuration.

Can I take payments away from a fixed counter?+

Portable options can be considered for eligible table-side, appointment and field-service use. Connectivity, battery arrangements, supported locations and merchant approval must be checked for the selected device.

Can I keep my existing POS software?+

Potentially. Share the software name, version and current payment setup so compatibility and any integration requirements can be checked. Snowflow does not promise that every POS or accounting system will connect.

Are contactless cards and mobile wallets supported?+

The accepted card schemes, contactless methods and mobile wallets depend on the terminal, acquirer and merchant arrangement. Your equipment and service terms identify the supported methods and applicable limits.

How soon will I receive the money from a sale?+

Settlement timing, cut-off times, reserves, deductions and the receiving account are defined by the acquiring agreement. A payment authorisation is not the same as settled funds, and next-day settlement should not be assumed.

What costs and responsibilities should I check?+

Review equipment purchase or rental, installation, transaction charges, minimum charges, contract duration, cancellation, refunds and chargebacks. Confirm security responsibilities and any applicable payment-card compliance requirements with the provider.

Who helps if a device or transaction has a problem?+

Your setup documents identify the equipment and payment support routes, service hours and escalation process. Snowflow can help coordinate an enquiry, while the relevant partner handles its equipment, acquiring or transaction responsibilities.

09

Multi-currency IBANs

View product
Is every currency assigned an IBAN?+

No. A currency balance and dedicated account details are different features. The provider confirms which details and rails apply to each supported currency.

Can I use SEPA and SWIFT?+

These are supported international payment routes, with availability, fees and processing dependent on the approved account and destination.

10

Personal cards

View product

Yes. Snowflow-branded personal physical and virtual cards are available to eligible clients. Delivery and activation depend on the approved programme and your location.

Can I add the card to a mobile wallet?+

Apple Pay, Google Pay or other wallet compatibility must be confirmed for the issuer and programme. No wallet is guaranteed for every client.

Can the card be used to withdraw cash?+

ATM access, charges and limits are programme-specific and will be confirmed in the card terms.

Is a personal card a credit product?+

This page describes spending linked to an eligible account arrangement. It does not advertise a credit facility, overdraft or borrowing limit.

11

International transfers

View product
How long does a transfer take?+

Scheduled and recurring transfers are supported where available within your account arrangement. Account funding and approval conditions still apply.

Can I transfer to any country?+

No. Supported destinations and counterparties are determined by the provider, route and required checks.

Are there additional bank charges?+

SWIFT or other routes may involve intermediary and recipient-bank deductions. The applicable charge model is reviewed with the payment terms.

12

Payroll & payouts

View product
Does this calculate wages or taxes?+

Multi-currency runs can be discussed for supported account balances, destinations and provider routes.

Are supplier and partner payouts included?+

The same disbursement conversation can cover suppliers and partners, with suitable beneficiary information and approval controls.

Can I automate a monthly run?+

Supported schedules and recurring workflows depend on configuration, adequate funding and the approvals required for the run.

13

Invoicing & factoring

View product
Are invoicing and factoring the same service?+

No. Invoicing records a payment request. Factoring is a separate financing arrangement involving eligible receivables, its own assessment, fees and terms.

Is every invoice eligible for finance?+

No. Eligibility may depend on the debtor, invoice validity, disputes, credit assessment, location and the funding provider's criteria.

What does recourse mean?+

A recourse arrangement can leave your business responsible if the customer does not pay. The precise allocation of risk must be reviewed in the funding agreement.

Does generating an invoice guarantee payment?+

No. Invoice and reminder tools support administration; they do not guarantee collection or funding approval.

14

Corporate treasury

View product
Is this investment management?+

No. This page describes operational cash, access and payment controls. It does not offer discretionary investment management, portfolio advice or a return guarantee.

Can preparation and approval be separated?+

Can multiple entities use the same setup?+

Multi-entity requirements can be reviewed, but each legal entity and account arrangement remains subject to onboarding and provider terms.

Can the controls connect with existing systems?+

Available exports, API access and integration permissions can be discussed as part of the platform service.

15

Platform & integrations

View product
How do I access the portal or mobile service?+

Verified secure portal links and any applicable app-store links are provided through onboarding. This public website contains product information and enquiry forms, not the account login portal.

Which devices and channels are supported?+

Web access and supported mobile channels depend on your provider arrangement. Device compatibility, operating-system requirements and available functions are explained before activation.

Is API access included for every account?+

No. API access is a business integration option that depends on the arrangement, security review, permissions and provider terms.

Which security features are available?+

Authentication, user permissions, transaction checks and integration safeguards depend on the platform configuration. Review the provider's security information and follow the access instructions supplied during onboarding.
