This website introduces Snowflow-branded services delivered through strategic partners. These terms govern browsing and enquiries. Account, card, payment, funding and cryptoasset services have separate customer agreements, provider terms and eligibility requirements.
1. About these terms
These Terms of Use apply to snowflow.co.uk and any Snowflow webpage that links to them. By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the website.
The website is operated by SNOWFLOW CAPITAL LTD, a company incorporated in England and Wales under company number 16307119. Snowflow is its trading style. Our registered office is International House, 10 Beaufort Court, Admirals Way, London, Greater London, England, E14 9XL.
These terms govern the website only. Separate customer terms from Snowflow and/or the relevant provider apply before a financial service can be used.
2. Website and business status
SNOWFLOW CAPITAL LTD operates the Snowflow brand. Snowflow is not a bank, and a white-label arrangement does not confer a partner's regulatory permissions on Snowflow.
Accounts, e-money, cards, payments and cryptoasset services are supplied through strategic partners. Availability depends on contractual arrangements, applicable permissions, jurisdiction, eligibility and the terms for the selected product.
Provider identities, legal responsibilities, regulatory information, protections and customer terms are supplied during onboarding before you enter into the relevant agreement or transfer funds. Read the regulatory and provider disclosure.
3. Permitted use of the website
You may browse the website and contact us for legitimate business or personal enquiries. You must not:
- use the website unlawfully, fraudulently or in a way that harms another person;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, its infrastructure or data;
- introduce malware, automate excessive requests, scrape protected content or interfere with normal operation;
- misrepresent an association with Snowflow or reproduce the website in a misleading context; or
- submit passwords, PINs, full payment-card or bank-account details, security codes, identity documents, private keys or wallet recovery phrases through the enquiry form.
We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the website, comply with law or investigate misuse.
4. Information, availability and advice
Website content is provided for general information. It is not financial, investment, legal, tax or other professional advice, and it should not be treated as a personal recommendation. You should obtain suitable independent advice before making a financial decision.
We aim to keep the website clear and current, but we do not promise that all content is complete, accurate or continuously available. Product imagery, interfaces, equipment, rates, currencies, limits, fees and processing times may vary by arrangement or change. Your approved service documents describe the product supplied to you.
We may update, suspend or withdraw any part of the website without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.
5. Providers, applications and eligibility
Sending an enquiry does not create a customer relationship, open an account, reserve a product, approve an application or oblige either party to proceed. We may decide not to respond to, refer or progress an enquiry.
A third-party provider may carry out its own identity, business, financial-crime, risk and eligibility checks. The provider may accept or decline an application independently and may impose its own terms, pricing, limits, availability and jurisdictional restrictions.
Before using a service, read its provider disclosure, customer terms, fee information and protection statement. A link to or mention of a third party does not by itself mean Snowflow guarantees that party or its products.
6. Intellectual property and links
Unless stated otherwise, Snowflow or its licensors own the website content, design, branding, graphics and software. You may view and print a reasonable extract for personal or internal business use. You must not republish, sell, license, modify or commercially exploit the material without written permission.
Third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners. Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience. Snowflow does not control their content, security, availability or privacy practices.
7. Responsibility and liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. Your statutory rights are not affected.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Snowflow is not responsible for losses resulting solely from reliance on general website content, inability to access the website, third-party websites or use of the website contrary to these terms. If you use the website for business purposes, Snowflow is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, revenue, business, opportunity, anticipated savings, goodwill or data arising from that use.
You are responsible for using appropriate security measures, maintaining your own backups and independently checking information before acting on it.
8. Privacy, changes and governing law
Our Privacy Notice explains how we handle personal information. We may amend these terms by publishing an updated version on this page. The date at the end shows when they were last updated.
These terms and any non-contractual dispute relating to the website are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, except that an individual acting as a consumer may also have rights to bring proceedings in another part of the United Kingdom where they live.
Each provision operates separately. If one provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. A delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver of that right.
Questions about these terms can be sent to snowy@snowflow.co.uk.
