E-money, payment, card and cryptoasset services are provided through our strategic partners under white-label arrangements. Cards, the portal, compatible EPOS systems and terminals may carry the Snowflow name. Branding does not change which legal entity issues, executes or provides the underlying service.

2. Our white-label service model
White-label means that the customer-facing product can use the Snowflow brand while the underlying account, e-money, card, payment or cryptoasset service is supplied by a strategic partner. Different products, currencies or jurisdictions can involve different providers and contractual arrangements.
The service documents identify who issues e-money or a card, holds or safeguards relevant funds, processes payments, provides cryptoasset custody or exchange, and handles the relevant service obligations. A Snowflow-branded card or portal is not evidence that Snowflow directly performs every one of those activities.
Availability remains subject to onboarding, provider acceptance, supported jurisdictions, customer eligibility and the terms for the selected service. Sending an enquiry does not itself open an account or enter into a product agreement.
3. How each service is delivered
Personal cards and payroll payment workflows are available through the partner-led range. The specific configuration and terms are confirmed for each approved customer.

4. Information before you agree to a service
During onboarding, and before you enter into the relevant agreement or transfer money or assets, you will receive the information needed to understand your service arrangement. This includes, as applicable:
- the provider's legal name, address, contact details and relevant regulatory or registration information;
- Snowflow's contractual role and the legal entity with which you are entering into an agreement;
- the service scope, supported jurisdictions, eligibility checks, currencies, assets, fees, limits and material restrictions;
- how money or assets are held, the applicable safeguarding or custody arrangements, and the protections that do and do not apply;
- the customer terms, privacy information, complaints process and relevant termination or withdrawal conditions.
Read those documents before proceeding. If the provider identity, responsibility or protection statement is unclear, ask Snowflow for clarification and do not transfer funds until you understand the arrangement.
5. E-money, safeguarding and deposit protection
Where an account holds e-money, that balance is electronic money rather than a bank deposit. The issuing and payment responsibilities sit with the provider identified in your account documents, under the applicable service terms.
UK e-money is not covered by Financial Services Compensation Scheme deposit protection. Safeguarding is a different arrangement from bank-deposit compensation and does not eliminate every risk if a provider or another participant fails. The treatment of your funds, any safeguarding mechanism and relevant jurisdiction are explained for your account.
No blanket FSCS or Financial Ombudsman Service protection is claimed for the whole Snowflow product range. Any right to compensation or complaint referral depends on the legal provider, product, customer and circumstances.
For general background, see the FCA guidance on payment-service providers. Your own customer terms remain the source for the particular arrangement.
6. Cryptoasset services and risks
Cryptoasset services are separate from e-money and payment services. The strategic partner's terms identify the exchange, execution or custody provider, the custody model, supported assets and networks, settlement arrangements and charges.
You can lose the entire value of cryptoassets. Prices can be volatile, stablecoins can lose their peg, counterparties can fail and network transfers may be irreversible. Do not assume that e-money safeguarding, deposit compensation or Financial Ombudsman rights extend to a cryptoasset holding.
Registration for financial-crime supervision is not an endorsement, a guarantee of investment quality or protection against loss. This website does not promise a yield, a capital guarantee or a personal investment recommendation.
Marketing and access are subject to applicable law and the provider arrangement. White-label branding or an e-money authorisation does not, by itself, establish a lawful basis for UK cryptoasset financial promotions. Read the FCA information on cryptoasset promotions and the risk documents supplied for your service.
7. Complaints and verification
Contact snowy@snowflow.co.uk about Snowflow's communications or service coordination. Complaints about the underlying account, card, payment, funding or cryptoasset service follow the responsible provider's procedure, supplied in your onboarding documents. We can help identify the relevant route; Snowflow remains responsible for complaints about its own conduct.
Where a complaint is eligible for referral to the Financial Ombudsman Service or another recognised body, the applicable provider documents and final response explain that right. See our complaints procedure.
Verify the provider's legal name, contact details and relevant permissions against the appropriate regulator's register. For UK arrangements, consult the Financial Services Register. Snowflow's corporate record is available at Companies House.
